課程概述

管理學，學管理。
這是管理學院的代表課程(Signature courses)之一，掌握基本要義，對未來學習或是職場精進，都有莫大幫助。

管理，也有許多應用的領域: 個人時間管理，企業也要管理，非營利機構有的管理的變成典範，專案要管理，例外也要管理，目標要管理，結果也要管理，我們會求同存異，讓同學舉一反三，以十擋百。

這門課將涵蓋<知>管理，和<行>管理，使同學體驗<知行>的差距與合一的過程。
 

課程目標
 The introductory management course will be taught with less emphasis on theories, but more on applications of concepts. It is the objectives of the course to invlove students on the skills development and the human side of organization. To summarize, there are two goals:
1) to provide solid foundation of knowledge-based material of management
2) to engage students in an action-oriented learning setting of managerial practices. 
課程要求
 A) 時間管理: always on time, better with lead time.
B) 重點管理: 掌握ABC，長尾部份，也可以想辦法去管理。
C) 相信始終: Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling
D) 偶有機緣: Controllables vs. uncontrollables
